Como parte del proceso de concretar el Plan Maestro en Alcantarillado pluvial, la Municipalidad de Heredia estableció la necesidad de un levantamiento topográfico y catastro pluvial, esto para el sistema del alcantarillado del distrito de Mercedes en Heredia. Dicho plan, tiene como indicador contar a diciembre del 2022 con un Plan Maestro de Alcantarillado Pluvial para la Municipalidad.<\/SPAN><\/P>
